Integrative Food, Nutrition and Metabolism (IFNM) is a peer reviewed international journal publishes papers concerned with all aspects of the food, nutrition and metabolism. Topics covered include functional foods and their role on molecular events, gene responses, metabolic processes, cellular and physiological functions, food microbiology, nutraceuticals and probiotics, molecular and nutritional physiology, enhancement of shelf life of foods, physical chemistry of foods, novel processing technologies and their impact, role of the human microbioma in nutrition, effects of nutrient deficiencies and toxicities, food materials science, sports, infant, childhood, and community nutrition, mechanisms of synthesis, degradation, metabolism, utilization of food nutrients, molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying inherited disorders of metabolism, disease prevention and dietary management of lifestyle diseases (particularly obesity, diabetes and other metabolic conditions), food-nutrient interactions and their impact, effect of nutrients and other foods on differentiation, pre-cancer, and immune response in animal models or human clinical trials.

Integrative Cancer Science and Therapeutics (ICST) is now Open for Submissions and to celebrate its launch we've waived the article publishing charges for a limited time.

Integrative Cancer Science and Therapeutics (ICST)welcomes submission of papers both at the molecular, subcellular, cellular, organ, and organism level, and of clinical proof-of-concept and translational studies. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to: novel basic cancer research discoveries, cell and tumor biology, animal models, metastasis, cancer antigens and the immune response to them, cellular signaling and molecular biology, epidemiology, genetic and molecular profiling of cancer and molecular targets, cancer stem cells, cancer-associated pathways (including cell-cycle regulation; cell death; chromatin regulation; DNA damage and repair; gene and RNA regulation; genomics; oncogenes and tumor suppressors; and signal transduction), molecular virology and vaccine- and antibody-based cancer therapies, and other cancer-related research.
